NullDC Problem

Hi Folks. My NullDC Revision 141 crashes randomly with this Error Message:

Fatal Error : SHIL: Internal fatal error
in rec_shil_iNimp -> dc\sh4\rec_v1\sh4_cpu_shil.cpp : 82

I know that this was on discussion on this forum before, but i cant see a solve of this problem. I have downloaded this:

sh4_cpu_shil.cpp.patch

But what do i have to do with this patch File? Where to add or to install it? Where to paste in it?

Please. I have completed the 1st Shenmue and now i want to play the 2nd one.

PS: If someone can explain me this Problem in german it will be more better

I have VC Redist++ newest installed so directx newest too. The Emulator works fine but only this Shenmue 2 Problem has not been solved.
